Full Maintenance Agreements on Our Equipment and Machinery
In order to offer our customers even more value for their money, we provide a full maintenance and upkeep plan for all equipment provided by ITS. This great program allows us to perform preventative maintenance in order to minimise the need for corrective maintenance, which would be far more expensive.
Our program also guarantees our clients preferential call-outs, with a guaranteed minimum bi-monthly visit from our expert technicians. These contracts also include all consumables as well as all wearing parts. This will ensure complete customer satisfaction and help you gain the most benefit from our many leading products.
Should you find yourself in need of our expert technicians outside of your scheduled maintenance visits, we are available 24 hours and 7 days a week to offer our services to premium customers. ITS manages an extensive fleet of service vehicles that will get our technicians to your premises, any time of the day or night. All our vehicles are fitted with a C-Track system and thus allow our call centre operators to establish the nearest service vehicle to your premises in order to ensure the best turnaround time.
Within each region we operate in, we have a standby technician for after-hours and emergency call-outs. This dedicated contact number with direct access to our 24-hour call centre is issued to each of our premium customers, including each of our owners’ personal after-hours contact numbers. This will make sure that you are able to handle any emergency through direct access to ITS.
