ITS has launched a National Customer Care Line – 0861 ASK ITS.
Our new Customer Care Line allows all our customers to have one point of contact for all their sales and technical requirements.
All calls will be logged through our centralised help desk in Johannesburg and routed to relevant ITS staff via our router with a multi level follow up system to ensure prompt and efficient service via our custom written software program.
All calls will be followed up by our customer care operators to ensure all jobs are totally completed and that our customer satisfaction levels are unparalleled.
ITS has invested heavily in a custom written software CRM program which is a first in the cleaning industry. It accurately tracks all job cards with in-depth information i.e, turn around times and annual running costs per client per unit of equipment. This allows the customer to more effectively manage their maintenance budget and to highlight any problematic machines or sites based on the number of call outs or value of maintenance costs.
ITS is able to, based on this information, advise the client when the useful life of the unit is reached or whether an upgrade is more appropriate.
All rental units are automatically loaded onto this system and detailed information is available to rental customer as an additional tool to help manage their fleet of cleaning equipment.
